Newcastle - Norwich City

Newcastle finished last season with a series of poor results and their performance continues to be poor in the new season. After eight rounds, the team is on the last place in the table with still no victory.

Two rounds ago he team was very close to his first victory, but they blew their 2:0 lead and let Chlesea scores two late goals and the match ended in a draw which is the third for the Magpies this season.

Newcastle last match were before international break , and they were crushed by Manchester City with 6:1. After the break, things became even more serious after it became clear that their key player Tim Krul is injured.

Todays guests , Norwich, are currently on 13th place with 9 points, and after 8 games they have 2 wins, 3 draws and 3 losses. Norwich have not got a regular goal scorer in the team and will have to rely on team work in every game to keep his place in the elite.

Newcastle experiencing difficulties in attack and this is evident from their only six goals scored so far. It seems that the goal to Steve McClaren this season will be to save the team from relegation, and this means that games like this against Norwich in front of their own fans must be won. However, they scores too difficult and it is risky to bet on their victory and  I will personally look for 1 DNB.
